Spring Blade Cleaner

Spring Blade Cleaner Fix

Main scraper with rubber-cushioned spring blades that are bolted to aluminium clamps, and 100 mm wide hard metal strips; especially well-suited for installation situations with spatial restrictions and for reversing belts. The clamps are attached to an aluminium profile axis and can be individually removed and re-mounted with a screwdriver without removing the axis. The scraper is reinforced with a bracket for belt widths of 1200 mm and up.

Spring Blade Cleaner Type Clip

Main scraper bolted on with aluminium clamps, rubber-cushioned spring blades and 100 mm wide hard metal strips; especially well-suited for installation situations with spatial restrictions and for reversing belts. Front Scrapers

Front Scraper Clip

Preliminary scraper with horizontally divided 100 mm wide PUR front blades for pre-cleaning of heavily soiled belts. Preferably used in combination with main or spring blade scrapers for higher demands regarding belt cleanliness.

The individual elastic preliminary blades are secured with aluminium clips on an aluminium profile axis and protected with an end-to-end rod. In case of wear, upper wear parts can be replaced with continued use of the supporting element. The scraper is reinforced with a bracket and equipped with an additional hole circle tension device for belt widths of 1200 mm and up.

Examples:  lime, chalk, sludge

Front Scraper Praktik

Preliminary scraper with one-piece 100 mm wide PUR front blades for pre-cleaning of heavily soiled belts. Preferably used in combination with main or spring blade scrapers for higher demands regarding belt cleanliness.

The individual elastic preliminary blades are bolted onto the end-to-end profile of a saddle axis. The scraper is reinforced with a bracket and equipped with an additional hole circle tension device for belt widths of 1200 mm and up.

Head Cleaner VXK 100K

 

Head scraper with rubber-cushioned spring arm fixed on the axis and 100 mm wide hard metal blades. The elements are individually bolted onto the continuous web of a profile axis. The scraper is reinforced with a bracket and equipped with an additional hole circle tension device for belt widths of 1200 mm and up.

Head Cleaner VXX 100K

Head scraper with spring arm fixed on the axis and 100 mm wide hard metal blades. Each element contains an individual steel spring so that the scraper can also be used at higher temperatures. The elements are individually bolted onto the continuous web of a profile axis. The scraper is reinforced with a bracket and equipped with an additional hole circle tension device for belt widths of 1200 mm and up.
